  • Replaced Gladly ($15k+/yr helpdesk) with an in-house multi-channel support platform: email, SMS/MMS, and browser-based voice in one threaded inbox with cross-channel merging, auto-assignment, and SLA auto-escalation. Migrated 3 years of history (25k+ attachments, 18k+ call recordings) with zero data loss.
  • Built the AI layer on top: LLM ticket triage and routing, retrieval-grounded one-click replies that cut first response time 23% during 2x ticket volume, a customer-facing chatbot, and on-page sizing quizzes that ended a $1k/mo subscription — $2-2.5k/mo in direct savings.
  • Designed and shipped the company's core data platform: a BigQuery + dbt warehouse unifying 10+ sources (Shopify, Amazon, Cin7, ad platforms, payment processors) into one tested source of truth, including a custom payment-processor ingestion service I built when vendor tooling fell short.
  • Built a two-location inventory forecasting and demand planning engine modeling stockouts, open POs, promo lift, cannibalization, and backorder behavior. Replaced days-of-inventory guesses with per-SKU, day-level reorder timing, plus a revenue-target mode that converts a forward revenue plan into purchasing decisions.
  • Led a Returns Task Force to a 40% relative reduction in Shopify return rate through data analysis, PDP changes, and a custom checkout extension that flags incompatible SKUs in real time.
  • Shipped an order tracking system that nearly eliminated WISMO tickets, a self-service warranty flow with SKU-level defect visibility, weekly P&L reporting used by management, and automated UPC generation (90% faster, zero manual errors).
  • Drove our full migration from headless CMS to Shopify native, saving $10k+/yr and simplifying the content workflow.
  • Owned the digital product roadmap across a headless Shopify stack and managed a team of 5+ developers, while building the AI tooling that became the foundation for my current role.
